My ministry focus is first on
qualitative growth, then quantitative growth. Spiritual health,
growth and depth is of primary concern; numbers are of secondary
concern. If a local congregation is truly spiritually healthy,
the foundation is laid for numerical growth. And if that
congregation "overflows" with Jesus and shares its faith then
God will do what only He can do. God gives the increase!

is
